The process starts with the online launch of the project. Through this website, you can register your interest and stay informed about all developments. After a few weeks, the pre-sale begins. During this phase, interested buyers can register for specific apartments and indicate their preferences. The official sales phase is expected to start in mid Q2, after which the apartments will be allocated to future residents. Van Santvoort Makelaars will guide the entire process and act as the main point of contact for interested buyers.
